We truly hope you love your My Baby Nest purchase—but we understand that sometimes things change. If you need to return your Nest, we’re here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:

Your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging

You must contact us within 14 working days of receiving your item

Proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email) is required
To start a return, please contact us using the form on our Contact Us or Email Us at mybabynest@gmail.com page and include your order number and reason for the return.
You will then be email a return address for you to use. As a small, one-person business, customers are kindly asked to cover the cost of return shipping.
Returns sent without prior contact will not be accepted.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we’ll process your refund.
Return Address
Return address will be email to you once you have emailed us with your return request which should include the reason for your return and proof of purchase.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if:

Your item is defective

Arrived damaged

Or you received the wrong item
We’ll evaluate the issue and do our best to make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
We are unable to accept returns on:

Personal care items that have been opened (e.g. beauty or toiletry products)

Custom or personalised items

Gift cards or sale items
Please contact us if you’re unsure whether your item qualifies for return.
Exchanges
If you’d like a different item, the best way is to return your original purchase (once accepted) and place a new order separately.
European Union Cooling-Off Period
If your order was shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days of delivery, for any reason and without justification. Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your return.
If approved, we will process your refund.
Please allow up to 14 days for the refund to appear in your bank statement.
