Cancellation Policy

At My Baby Nest, we aim to make your shopping experience as smooth and supportive as possible. While we currently do not offer subscriptions, pre-orders, or try-before-you-buy items, this policy outlines how cancellations will work if these services are introduced in the future.


Subscriptions (Future Offering)

If we introduce subscription-based purchases in the future, you will be able to receive regular deliveries based on the frequency and duration you select.

  • Your payment details will be stored securely and you’ll be charged per delivery unless you pay in advance.

  • Some subscriptions may auto-renew. If you do not wish to renew, you will be able to cancel anytime.

  • Order confirmation emails will include a link to manage your subscription easily.

Pre-Orders (Future Offering)

If we offer pre-orders in the future, it means you’re buying a product that is out of stock or not yet available for shipping.

  • Payment may be taken in full or partially at checkout.

  • If your pre-order has not yet been fulfilled, you will be able to cancel and receive a refund.

  • Once the pre-order is fulfilled and shipped, cancellation is no longer available—but you can request a return in line with our standard policy.


Try Before You Buy (Future Offering)

If this option becomes available, it will allow you to try items before committing to payment.

  • Your payment method will be authorised at checkout, but not charged.

  • You’ll have a set trial period to return the item if you choose not to keep it.

  • If the item is not returned within the timeframe, your payment method will be charged in full.
